1st ...Boy whata ride it was

2nd it was not a ride on bikes .(jip)
3rd its was so unorganized ,we did not know what to do
where to go
so we decided to pick up trash
Where are we gonna start ,,so we didn't know where to begin ,,so after much debate our leader
decided the forest would be a great place to start
But first Miss
geohound had to mingle with the poisoner's

So she got some prison ID NUMBERS and finally find found out we were there to pick up trash

AND WHAT KIND OF THRASH DO WE FIND ,,garbage
cant belive this pic,,who would leave  trash like this

Then..... these guys from DDS  I never met before where on a mission

Then.... who do the new guys find in the tanning bed .....gEOHOUND
OUR LEADER .....next time can we pick a new leader

These guys were great we filled like 5 trucks 3 trailers
All in all it was fun but again GEoHOUND DIDNT BRING A CAMERA so these are the only pics we have

the new guys/dixie guys please chim in so we know who you are and tells how much fumn it was for you
Thanks DanerousDAD AND SON..... gEOHOUND,,ronneB

We came out in the Jeep today & had much fun. We took the side roads & had to winch ourselves out of 2 water holes. We found bumpers , exhausts & of course the beer cans...Natural light seems to be the Beer of choice in this part of town...Saw 3 Gators in the water holes, had great BBQ & got to see e Richloam at a much slower pace today...
Thanks to to all that showed today & supported a worth while cause. We had a nice turn out of DDS folks & we all made a great impression.
Cheers

Thanks to everyone for coming! I think we had a great showing.  It started out with a yummy breakfast at waffle house and ended up with a yummy BBQ and desserts.  And yes, I realized halfway there that I had forgotten my camera, which is crazy, cause I ALWAYS have my camera!  Thanks to MiamiMike, Ronne, John, Turn Signal Tom and son, Tom Kidd, Dan Fisher, Bill Walls, Randy West, Dan McGillicudy and daughter (?), Lewis Milam, Craig Custer and son, Hardiman, Wayne Lester, and Josh Tilka.  I hope I didn't leave anybody out.  We had several winners of some of the raffle prizes and our winner for the free Devils Creek entry is Josh Tilka, which I believe defaults to Hardiman.  Congratulations!  Be sure to remind Swampy when registration opens.  The craziest find of the day was definitely the tanning bed.  And we found me a mattress and box spring for my 1st house that I close on Friday...and some prisoners to go with it...LOL!  Hope everybody had fun!  (For some reason my enter button isn't working in this screen!!)

This year it was a stuffed bobcat and it went to a hunter.  Rabbit Randy, was bummed about not winning it.  I don't know why though, I thought wabbits and bobcats did'nt get along.

One other thing I forgot to mention: During the door prize presentations, Danny Crouch (the leader of the entire cleanup and president of Richloams Sportsmens Association), announced that DDS had participated and that we've participated for several years and to check out our website, and then we got our picture taken by them for their website.

Oh, and the other great find was the potential Devils Creek ribbon - cleaning up our own mess!!

Congratulations Samantha and crew on a job well done.

Thank you for organizing the cleanup in my absence this year. You all did a great deed for the forest and spread goodwill among the other folks who use it. Just a few more reasons why I'm proud to be a DDSer.

It looks like we had an excellent turnout this year.

Thanks again!

Kudos to you Samantha.
I really wanted to come, but we had to keep our four grandchildren over the weekend. Had there been only two I might have been able to slip away.

That's kinda how my riding has been going in general each weekend.

Sorry I missed out but great turn out and a better job cleaning up. Its also good to see the corrections department getting the cons out of the jail for some fresh air and giving a little back.
